We offer a flat rate of $20 +Taxes for each Single unit, which has a maximum activation time of 3 months or when your property gets rented, whichever comes first.
Everytime you mark the property listing as Rented, your property gets de-activated.
Renewal Single Property Listings
Subsequent renewal of property will also be $20 + Taxes for each Single unit for a maximum activation time of 3 months or when your property gets rented, whichever comes first, but your advertisement remains stored in our database.
Just login and re-activate it. Its that simple.
Multi-Unit Listings
We offer a flat rate of $60 +Taxes for each Multi-Units Apartment listings (up to 5 different unit types), which has a maximum activation time of 6 months or when your property gets rented, whichever comes first.
Renewal Multi-Unit Listings
Subsequent renewal of each Multi-Units Apartment listings will also be $60 + Taxes for a maximum activation time of 6 months or when your property gets rented, whichever comes first, but your advertisement remains stored in our database.
